Job Summary
Represent prospective patients and manage community partnerships by identifying, strategizing, and maintaining relationships with addiction and mental health providers, advocates, facilities, and organizations. Develop reciprocal referral relationships within your territory, ensuring they are mutually beneficial and lead to mutual referrals. Collaborate with admissions, marketing, and clinical teams to manage a patient-centered outbound referral process and develop a grading system for community partnerships. Proactively contribute to and guide the patient conversion process, ensuring you do not rely solely on Admissions. Identify opportunities for AspenRidge to position itself as a thought leader, such as speaking events and clinical tours. Manage a forward calendar of meetings and events, maintaining up-to-date contact information, referral numbers, and relationship status in the CRM daily. Prepare staff ahead of tours on company grounds.
Required Qualifications

- Excellent professional, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Punctual with meetings and project timelines
- Must have proficient computer skills and experienced knowledge of Microsoft Office with ability to adapt to new technologies
- Have a valid driver's license and personal transportation
- Willing to work remotely and at the AspenRidge Lakewood office as needed
- 1+ year working in Addiction Treatment Outreach, or 2+ years working in the Addiction Treatment industry
- High School Diploma
- Has a firm grasp on the core concepts of the disease of addiction, addiction treatment, ASAM levels of care, the relationship between addiction and mental health conditions and the treatment thereof, has a working knowledge of core recovery concepts and various recovery pathways
Desired Qualifications
- On the job training in outreach or related area strongly preferred
- Sales experience is preferred
- Knowledgeable about the recovery community and the needs of recovering persons is strongly preferred
- Personal experience in, and knowledge of the industry of Addiction Treatment is preferred
- Experience and/or education in the behavioral health and mental health disciplines is a plus
- Working knowledge of Call Tracking Metrics and KIPU CRM is a plus
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
