Job Summary
Outreach Representative to build strategic community partnerships and drive referrals for adolescent mental health services. Responsible for developing and maintaining referral relationships with pediatricians, schools, therapists, hospitals, case managers, and community organizations; identifying new referral opportunities and serving as a primary contact for partners. Collaborates with Admissions and Clinical teams to support census growth, designs territory plans to increase referrals and awareness, tracks referral trends, and provides recommendations to leadership. Represents HavenRise in the community by delivering engaging presentations, coordinating outreach events and trainings, and acting as a brand ambassador. Requires travel in the Jacksonville market; remote work option indicated.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in healthcare outreach, community relations, physician relations, ideally in a behavioral health setting.
- Existing relationships with pediatricians, school districts, guidance counselors, therapists, hospitals, or community agencies in Florida strongly preferred.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding referral, admissions, sales, or business development goals.
- Experience presenting to professional audiences and community groups.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and referral tracking tools.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to travel throughout the Jacksonville and surrounding market.
