Outreach & Recruitment Project Manager (Hybrid)

Outreach & Recruitment Project Manager for the Boren Awards (Hybrid) coordinates and executes outreach, recruitment, and event activities for US undergraduate and graduate students in languages/regions critical to US security. Serves as the main point of contact for campus representatives, university partners, potential applicants, and external constituencies; represents IIE on panels and at events; supports logistics for in-person events including vendor sourcing, travel arrangements, and material development; manages social media and digital outreach; plans collaboration with the Boren team and partner institutions; ensures correct brand usage across materials.
