Job Summary
Outreach Liaison for Circle Care Services in Maryland to build relationships with pediatric healthcare providers and community partners within the assigned territory to increase referrals for ABA services. Serve as an ambassador, educating providers about Circle Care Services and available ABA options, generating referrals, and maintaining ongoing provider relationships. Responsibilities include visiting pediatricians and other referral sources, attending networking events and lunch-and-learns, tracking outreach activities in HubSpot, and collaborating with intake and clinical teams to support a positive referral experience. The role involves daily local travel within the assigned Maryland counties and represents the organization professionally in the community.
Required Qualifications
- -Experience in outreach, healthcare, provider relations, marketing, sales, business development, or a related field preferred
- -Experience as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) preferred
- -Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- -Comfortable with daily local travelOrganized, self-motivated, and professional
- -Experience with HubSpot or other CRM systems preferred
- -Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
