Job Summary
Oversee and deliver a high-quality volunteer experience; coordinate operations and maintain program effectiveness; build and manage external partnerships; represent and promote outreach efforts; support outreach communications and admissions growth; provide event and administrative support; ensure operational and administrative efficiency; collaborate with teams to strengthen Rainbow Acres' visibility and community engagement; requires strong leadership, project management, and excellent verbal/written communication; safety-sensitive role with security clearance process; 2+ years in outreach/nonprofit settings and a High School Diploma (Bachelor's/Associate preferred) with alignment to Rainbow Acres’ Christian values.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of two years of experience in outreach, community engagement, nonprofit work, admissions, fundraising, or related roles
- High School Diploma required; Associate or Bachelor Degree in Communications, Business, Marketing, Nonprofit Management, or related field preferred
- Final candidates will be required to submit to our security clearance process
