Position requires outreach to community resources, documentation of client data, and participation in training sessions. Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Minimum of 1 year of homeless community outreach experience
- Knowledge of homeless community resources
- Working with multicultural and diverse population
- Experience in Rapid Re-Housing program
- Experience in Permanent Supportive Housing program
- Experience in FQHC program
