Job Summary
The Bilingual Outreach Therapist provides assessment and treatment interventions consistent with the MultiDimensional Family Therapy program model. Responsibilities include conducting clinical and risk assessments, collaborating on individualized treatment plans, and maintaining relationships with clients and their families. Ideal candidates are those comfortable with intensive family therapy, enjoy community-based work, and are committed to ongoing professional growth.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s Degree or higher in related field
- LMSW, LPC-A, LMFT-A required
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working with trauma, mental illness and/or serious emotional disorders
- Experience with substance use disorders
- LCSW, LMFT, LPC, Licensed Psychologist preferred
- Other training may be required based on program
- Valid Driver’s License for programs where transportation is required
