Outreach Counselor - North Fort Worth

Outreach Counselor at Maximus responsible for providing customer service to clients and community members regarding enrollment and eligibility for Texas Health and Social Services Programs. Role involves identifying and developing relationships with community and faith-based organizations to improve presence in the North Dallas area (Denton & Grayson counties); local travel required. Bilingual skills preferred (Vietnamese or Spanish) but not required. Emphasis on knowledge of enrollment requirements, program information, and policies, with in-person and telephone interactions.
