Job Summary
Oversee the operation of the Integrated Teams for the ACCS program and supervise Outreach Coordinators; coordinate care with psychiatric staff, nursing personnel, Peer Support Staff, and community-based services; provide crisis intervention and emergency services as needed; review electronic health records and ensure MAP audits are addressed; manage hiring, onboarding, and performance evaluations; ensure adequate staffing coverage; requires an Associate’s Degree in a Human Services field, supervisory experience, and a valid driver’s license.
Required Qualifications
- Associate’s Degree in a Human Services field from an accredited university
- one year of experience working with the target population
- Supervisory experience required
- Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle available for all working hours required
