Job Summary
The Outreach Coordinator will work in partnership with local emergency departments to conduct follow-up visits with patients who have experienced an opioid overdose, providing immediate referrals to detox services, addiction treatment, and other necessary resources.
Required Qualifications
- AA/BA degree required
- CDCA or higher required
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working in healthcare, addiction treatment, or outreach services preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative, interdisciplinary team
- Experience in crisis intervention and patient engagement
Additional Requirements
