Outreach Coordinator

Build participant screening surveys in the recruitment database and conduct recruitment through database searches, email campaigns, advertisements, referrals, and approved outreach methods. Review survey submissions for eligibility and conduct participant screening interviews by phone and email. Schedule qualified participants, confirm appointments, and manage cancellations, rescheduling, and no-shows. Maintain accurate participant records, monitor enrollment goals, and process incentive payments while documenting all communications. Coordinate schedules with research teams and ensure reminder communications are completed. This role provides leadership to the Outreach Coordinator team, supporting participant recruitment operations for usability studies of medical devices.
