Job Summary
Coordinate with community partners to strengthen collaboration and expand CPRC services while developing a comprehensive outreach strategy to engage the broader community. Conduct rigorous outreach by attending community events, representing the CPRC at forums, and documenting all interactions and attendance. Oversee volunteer recruitment, training, retention, and scheduling for various programs, ensuring effective deployment and monitoring strategy effectiveness. Maintain accurate records of participation and provide regular reports to the Senior Peer Services Coordinator. Includes regular weekend and evening availability.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in outreach, volunteer management, or community organizing
- Strong communication and networking skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with community partners
- Experience in training and supervising volunteers
- Must possess a valid driver's license and method of transportation
- Includes regular weekend and evening availability
- Strong writing and computer skills required
- Strong organization and communication skills
- Ability to effectively engage with diverse community groups and partners
- Knowledge of local community resources
Desired Qualifications
- Degree in social work, human services, or a related field preferred but not required
- Bilingual preferred
