Outreach Coordinator/Medical Driver (H)

Job Summary
Coordinate and deliver public outreach and educational events on the UHealth campus; serve as the primary driver for mobile units, ensuring safe and timely transportation for outreach events and supporting mobile unit operations; develop and maintain networks with community contacts and partners; plan, prepare, and execute promotional and educational programs; assist with data collection, reporting for grants, and documentation of outreach activities; maintain vehicle logs and coordinate with fleet services for maintenance; support event planning, location scouting, and community partnerships; train personnel and distribute educational materials; engage with clients and stakeholders to promote services and coordinate logistics for outreach initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
- Skill in completing assignments accurately and with attention to detail
- Ability to analyze, organize and prioritize work under pressure while meeting deadlines
- Ability to process and handle confidential information with discretion
- Ability to work evenings, nights, and weekends as necessary
- Commitment to the University’s core values
- Ability to work independently and/or in a collaborative environment
