Outreach Coordinator (Full-time, Day shift)

Job Summary
Manage a small caseload to provide linkage and referrals to community resources while delivering educational outreach in Hudson County school districts, colleges, and professional groups. Respond to hotline calls from victims of sexual assault and provide administrative assistance under the supervision of the coordinator. This role requires a BA/BS in education, psychology, social work, or related fields, along with 0-1 years of experience working with sexual assault victims and completed 40-hour Rape Crisis Training. Fluency in Hindi, Urdu, or other South Asian languages is preferred. Hudson Regional Health, a unified network serving Hudson County, integrates four hospitals to deliver modern, patient-first care ranging from robotic-assisted surgery to AI-enhanced diagnostics.
Required Qualifications
- BA/BS in education, psychology, social work, public relations, sociology, women's studies or related field
- 0-1 years experience with victims of sexual assault
- Public speaking and presentation experience
- Effective written and oral communication skills
- Completed 40-hour Rape Crisis Training
- Valid NJ Driver's License
