Job Summary
Drive census growth by generating referrals, building brand awareness, and executing a structured sales approach to community engagement. Identify and grow relationships with key referral partners across healthcare, criminal justice, and community organizations while conducting regular visits to strengthen connections and increase referral volume. Consistently execute daily outreach activities including prospecting, calls, and follow-ups to achieve monthly and quarterly referral generation and admissions goals. Map and manage a defined territory, prioritizing high-value accounts and tracking touchpoints through CRM. Represent BrightView at networking events and conferences to promote awareness and educate stakeholders on substance use disorder treatment.
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated persistence and goal achievement in sales, outreach, or performance-driven roles
- Associate Degree or equivalent experience
- Ability and willingness to travel within assigned territory
Desired Qualifications
- Sales, account management, or customer-facing experience in healthcare, behavioral health, or criminal justice settings
- Knowledge of addiction medicine or behavioral health industry
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related equivalent experience
