Job Summary
Develop and maintain supportive client relationships with adolescents and families involved with the MA Department of Children & Families, emphasizing accountability and treatment goal attainment. Provide advocacy in health, education, vocation, legal, and family intervention areas while facilitating individual, group, and mediation counseling sessions. Coordinate clinical services with clinic staff, locate community resources, and participate in recreational activities with clients. Deliver intensive community tracking services, establish aftercare plans, and complete case documentation including assessments and daily treatment notes. Requires a Bachelor's degree in human services, one year of experience, and a valid driver's license. Includes a 45-hour work week with rotating evening and weekend shifts, on-call duties, and an hourly wage of $24.50.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a human services-related field (i.e. psychology, sociology, criminal justice, human development, human services, etc.)
- Minimum of one year experience (Direct Care, Human Services, Internship)
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Valid state driver's license
- Must have a legally registered and insured car for work use
- 45 hour work week
- some occasional evening and weekend shifts
- on a rotating schedule with teammates
- On-call duties
