Job Summary
Build targeted lists of school mental health professionals, run cold sequences, and own deliverability end to end. Create tailored cold sequences, event campaigns, and nurture flows. Pick up the phone to cold call prospective referral partners and drive registrations for clinical webinar trainings. Convert interest into relationships by booking conversations with the clinical team and staying engaged with active partners. Test new engagement strategies and partner with leadership to document successful playbooks for scalable execution.
Required Qualifications
- 2-4 years in outbound, BDR/SDR, demand gen, or growth
- hands-on with Instantly, Clay, Outreach, Smartlead, Apollo, or comparable tooling
- experience building something tangible in outbound sales
- ability to write email sequences that get replies
- ability to pick up the phone and make calls
- strong copywriting skills
- research instinct for figuring out how organizations work
- care for the work regarding youth mental health
