Job Summary
Lead the management, design, and development of fraternity and sorority life programs focused on community building, academic support, and career development. Provide direction to the Interfraternity Council, College Panhellenic Council, National Pan-Hellenic Council, and Multicultural Greek Council while overseeing communications, social media, and recruitment marketing. Advise on intake processes, assist with risk management and hazing prevention initiatives, and monitor departmental budgets. Serve as a liaison to national headquarters and consultants, and may supervise student staff. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- Seven (7) years of relevant work experience and/or other specialized training
- Three (3) years of relevant experience

- Previous experience working with fraternity and sorority communities
- Demonstrated experience creating programs, trainings, and events
- Strong advising skills and demonstrated experience in establishing and maintaining positive working relationships
- Demonstrated experience working closely with stakeholders and volunteers
