Job Summary
Coordinate outreach and partnership events from start to finish, attend partner meetings to build relationships, and follow up consistently with leads. Create marketing materials including flyers, mailers, and email content for partners and events. Hunt for and develop new outreach campaigns to generate business and grow the partner network. Bring fresh ideas to improve overall outreach processes and strategies. This role requires local/regional travel and is based in Hollywood, FL. Schedule is TBD.
Required Qualifications

- Strong phone skills and comfort reaching out to new contacts
- Creativity and professional writing skills for marketing materials, emails, and campaigns
- A proactive, idea-driven mindset — always looking for ways to improve how we do outreach
- Strong organizational skills to manage events, materials, and follow-ups at the same time
- Flexibility to travel locally and attend events as needed
