Job Summary
Coordinate clinical activities for the Wound Care Center, including patient care assessment, planning, implementation, and quality improvement initiatives. Provide case management to patients by performing specific assessments per protocols, offering procedural skills training, and educating patients and caregivers on wound care. Organize and prioritize clinical responsibilities while offering clinical oversight to staff such as RNs, LPNs, LVNs, and CMAs. Collaborate with the Program Director and Medical Director to meet program objectives, manage budgetary considerations, and ensure compliance with federal, state, and accrediting organization regulations. Engage in staff development through general services, individual instruction, and orientation, while providing positive reinforcement and constructive feedback. Perform documentation assistance duties as a scribe and may function as a hyperbaric safety director or chamber operator after completing required training.
Required Qualifications
- Current RN (Registered Nurse) license
- Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN)
- One year experience as an RN
- Current BLS (Basic Life Support)

Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
- Two (2) or more years' experience
- Prior supervisory experience
- Wound care certification
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Power Point)
