Job Summary
Neurologist sought for a solo-practice-like, highly autonomous role combining outpatient neurology clinic duties with inpatient rounding at UPMC Chautauqua in Jamestown, NY. Responsibilities include general neurology consultations in the outpatient setting and inpatient management of acute neurological conditions, with on-site EMG procedures and EEG studies interpreted in collaboration with neurology colleagues. Fully integrated Epic EMR supports clinical operations. Candidates should be MD/DO with an accredited neurology residency, board eligible or board certified in Neurology, and able to obtain NY medical licensure and credentials; DEA certification required. Eligible for PSLF and eligible for relocation, CME stipend, and an attractive compensation package with sign-on bonus.
Required Qualifications
- MD/DO from an accredited medical school
- Accredited Neurology Residency Program completion
- American Board Eligible or American Board Certified in Neurology
- Ability to obtain an unrestricted New York Medical License and ability to obtain necessary credentials
- DEA certification
