Job Summary
The Outpatient Therapy Clinical Coordinator position focuses on overseeing daily operations for Early Intervention programs and therapy services for pediatrics and adults, leading a skilled team in a compassionate healthcare environment.
Required Qualifications
- Compassion for others and the desire to support children and adults with disabilities
- Bachelor’s, Master’s or Doctorate degree in PT, OT, Speech/Language Pathology, or Early Childhood Education
- At least 6 years’ experience in a clinical setting
- At least 3 years’ experience providing direct therapy intervention
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Strong computer skills
- Must have a driving record in good standing
- Ability to pass a 10-panel drug screen
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working with children with disabilities is a plus, but not required
- Experience working in a multidisciplinary setting
- Experience leading a team
