Outpatient Therapist

Job Summary
The Outpatient Therapist is responsible for providing clinical behavioral stabilization and support interventions, supportive behavioral counseling, psycho-educational services, referrals, skills training, and counseling services to assist adults, children, youth, and families in developing adaptive and coping skills. A Master's degree in a relevant field and strong communication skills are required, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with Electronic Health Records. Evening hours are available, and the position is part-time.
Required Qualifications
- Masters Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or other Human Services related field
- Graduate degree from an accredited college or university in a recognized clinical discipline that includes a clinical practicum
- Equivalent degree from a foreign college or university evaluated by relevant credential evaluators or licensed in a recognized clinical discipline
- Requires reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and current auto insurance coverage
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working in a behavioral health or mental health setting
- Strong communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Experience using an Electronic Health Record (EHR) system
- Bilingual (Spanish speaking)
