Job Summary
Conduct trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy (TF-CBT) for clients with PTSD and complex trauma, utilizing safety planning, grounding techniques, and cognitive restructuring. Deliver evidence-based interventions including family therapy and attachment-focused approaches while maintaining cultural humility. Manage daily tasks such as trauma assessment, case conceptualization, suicide risk evaluation, documentation, and treatment planning. Work in hybrid settings at New Rochelle or Bronx clinic locations with flexible scheduling options. Requires active New York State LCSW or LMHC-D license, TF-CBT certification, and experience treating complex trauma. Compensation ranges from $70 to $100 per hour with premium rates for bilingual skills and specialties.
Required Qualifications
- Active New York State LCSW or LMHC-D license
- TF-CBT training or certification
- Experience treating complex trauma and PTSD
- Comfortable working with trauma survivors
- Access to a laptop or CPS, secure internet, and a phone
- Applicant must be authorized to work in the U.S.
