Job Summary
Conduct trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy (TF-CBT) for clients with PTSD and complex trauma via telehealth. Perform trauma assessments, safety planning, and suicide risk evaluations while utilizing grounding techniques, cognitive restructuring, and family therapy interventions. Maintain documentation and treatment plans for clients ready to heal. Requires active New York State LCSW or LMHC-D license, TF-CBT certification, and experience with complex trauma. Compensation ranges from $70 to $100/hour with premium rates for bilingual skills. Flexible fee-for-service hours available, including summer schedule adjustments through Labor Day.
Required Qualifications
- Active New York State LCSW or LMHC-D license
- TF-CBT training or certification
- Experience treating complex trauma and PTSD
- Comfortable working with trauma survivors
- Access to a laptop or CPS, secure internet, and a phone
- Authorization to work in the U.S.
