Job Summary
Conduct trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy (TF-CBT) for clients with PTSD and complex trauma using evidence-based techniques such as safety planning, grounding, and cognitive restructuring. Deliver family therapy and attachment-focused interventions while maintaining cultural humility and building a strong therapeutic alliance. Perform trauma assessments, case conceptualization, and documentation alongside suicide risk evaluations. Work in a hybrid capacity at New Rochelle or Bronx clinic locations with flexible scheduling options. Compensation ranges from $70 to $100 per hour, with premium rates for bilingual skills and specialties. Active New York State LCSW or LMHC-D licensure and TF-CBT certification are required.
Required Qualifications
- Active New York State LCSW or LMHC-D license
- TF-CBT training or certification
- Experience treating complex trauma and PTSD
- Comfortable working with trauma survivors
- Access to a laptop or CPS, secure internet, and a phone
- Applicant authorization to work in the U.S.
