Job Summary
Provide individual, family, and group therapy to children and adults on an outpatient basis, covering both mental health and addictions treatment. Deliver clinical assessments, crisis intervention, and treatment services to assigned populations to ensure excellent patient care. This role supports the team at Southwestern Behavioral Healthcare's Spear Behavioral building in downtown Evansville, utilizing AI-powered tools to streamline administrative processes. Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Social Work with an LSW or LCSW
- LMFT or LMHC
- knowledge of relevant clinical issues
- knowledge of 12-step programs
- pass required background checks including county/state checks
- pass fingerprinting
- pass CPS check
- pass sex offender registry check
- pass drug screen
