Outpatient Therapist

Assess, diagnose, and provide clinical services for individuals and families with behavioral health disorders using psychotherapeutic techniques. Conduct psychosocial assessments, develop discharge plans, and lead individual, group, or family sessions tailored to each patient's treatment plan. Maintain documentation of services and manage assigned caseloads while collaborating with treatment teams to facilitate care. Provide initial treatment planning, coordinate additional services, and handle case management or after-care planning as needed. Demonstrate a positive, empathetic attitude, resolve patient complaints, and prioritize patient safety. Requires Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or Human Services, plus state licensure and CPR/de-escalation certification.
