Job Summary
Provide child, family, and group therapy using culturally informed modalities while collaborating with youth and families to establish treatment goals. Conduct assessments, obtain consents, and develop individualized care plans through coordination with schools, community providers, and treatment teams. Promptly respond to referrals for psychiatric symptoms and maintain availability for crisis intervention, completing incident reports and documentation in compliance with agency timelines. Participate in individual and group supervision to support clinical growth. Deliver services primarily in the San Benito Outpatient clinic with flexibility for school-based care.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Counseling/Social Work/Psychology
- Registered with California BBS: ASW, AMFT, APCC, or full licensed
- Flexible schedule with the ability to work some evenings
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and insurability through Seneca Family of Agencies' insurance policy
- TB test clearance, fingerprinting clearance, and any other state/federal licensing or certification requirements
Desired Qualifications
- Bilingual Spanish skill set
- Experience working with children in out-of-home care
- Good organizational and critical-thinking skills
