Job Summary
Outpatient Therapist responsible for assessment, planning and implementation of treatment for clients in an outpatient/substance abuse program. Provides direct individual, group, collateral and family therapy; develops care plans; oversees treatment services; ensures documentation and confidentiality; maintains licensure and participates in supervision. Collaborates with RE-group services and community partners; maintains records; participates in on-call schedule when appropriate; contributes to public-facing positive representation of RE and Re-group; eligible for sign-on bonus. Requires a Master’s degree and KY clinical licensure eligibility; starting salary $60,000 with benefits and opportunities for licensure support and professional development.
Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree in a Human Services or related field from an accredited university is required.
- Must hold or be eligible for a clinical KY Masters-level licensure (CSW, LCSW, LPCA, LPCC, LPA, LPP, LMFT, CADC, or LCADC).
- NHSC site participation allows student loan repayment with 2-year service commitment.
