Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for children, adolescents, and adults. Provide high-quality, ethical, and compassionate mental health therapy through individual and group counseling services using evidence-based and client-centered approaches. Monitor client progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and maintain proficiency in the electronic health record system. Collaborate with families, community partners, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care while advocating for quality improvement. Complete clinical documentation accurately and meet productivity standards within an office-based setting.
Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related Human Services field
- Ohio behavioral health license in good standing: LSW, LISW, LPC, LPCC, MFT, IMFT
- Two or more years of experience in behavioral health or outpatient mental health services
- Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to build rapport with diverse client populations
- Strong collaboration and teamwork skills
- Occasionally lift and move objects weighing up to 20 pounds
