Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments, develop tailored treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based individual, family, and group psychotherapy to children, adolescents, adults, and families. Provide urgent care and crisis intervention as needed while collaborating with clinical teams and primary care providers to coordinate integrative care. Complete documentation within 24 hours of service delivery and manage insurance panels to ensure practice compliance. Assess client progress and coordinate additional supports and resources as necessary. This full-time role serves clients across in-office, home, and community settings, requiring a Master's degree, two years of post-master's experience, and licensure as an LCSW, LCMHC, LMFT, or LCAS.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related service field
- 2 years of post-master's clinical experience in mental health
- Experience with children, adolescents, and adults with DSM-V diagnoses
- Strong documentation and treatment planning skills
- Ability to work across various settings (office, home, community)
- Basic computer skills and EHR experience
- LCSW, LCMHC, LMFT, LCAS
- Associate-level licenses (LCSWA, LCMHCA, LMFTA, LCASA) accepted with supervision contract
- Strong assessment, diagnostic, and treatment planning skills
- Crisis intervention and cognitive behavioral therapy (minimum 2 years' experience)
- Effective communication and collaboration skills
- Organizational skills and ability to manage multiple responsibilities
- Empathy, cultural competence, and a client-centered mindset
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
- Familiarity with pragmatic family therapy models and system-based interventions
