Outpatient Therapist, OCD

Job Summary
Provide diagnostic evaluations and CBT/ERP-based outpatient therapy for adults and adolescents with OCD and related disorders, including individual, family, and group therapy; perform psychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans; collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team; maintain licensure and engage in continuing education; may provide in-person or telehealth services; participate in community education and outreach; CPR certification required within 2 weeks of employment.
Required Qualifications
- Doctoral Degree in Clinical Psychology (Ph.D or Psy.D) or Master’s Degree in Social Work or Counseling
- Independently Licensed in the State of Ohio
- CPR certification or ability to obtain within 2 weeks
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Experience with OCD and severe anxiety disorders
- Experience with CBT and ERP
