Job Summary

Conduct comprehensive diagnostic assessments, treatment planning, and individual, family, and group therapy for clients using evidence-based, trauma-informed practices. Maintain positive professional relations with referral sources to ensure continued viability for the Northwest Children's Home and Brighter Futures Outpatient Clinic. Provide crisis intervention as assigned while documenting progress and interventions in session notes. Coordinate services with other clinic staff and organize group partnerships to expand community options for clients and families. Requires current clinical licensure (LCPC, LCSW, or supervised LPC/LMSW) and a master's degree. Flexible day shift hours Monday through Friday.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of master's degree
  • Current licensed clinical professional counselor (LCPC) or licensed clinical social worker (LCSW)
  • Licensed professional counselor (LPC) in clinical supervision plan
  • Licensed master social worker (LMSW) in clinical supervision plan
  • Minimum of 21 years of age
  • Valid state issued driver's license
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States and provide verification
  • Able to pass required Background Checks
  • Within two months of hire date, completion of all required training per agency Training Policy 201

Desired Qualifications

  • Clinical licensure
  • Current LCPC or LCSW certification
  • One year experience in counseling individual, family and/or group therapy with evidence-based approaches
