Job Summary
Provide individual, couples, family, and/or group therapy while conducting intake assessments and developing personalized treatment plans. Coordinate care with families, medical providers, and community partners, and maintain documentation in our EHR system. Participate in case consultations, team meetings, and crisis interventions as needed. Work collaboratively with clients to help them access core strengths and realize their full potential. Full-time salaried roles or flexible hourly fee-for-service positions available with competitive compensation. Located across five Massachusetts office locations.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field
- Independent Clinical License
- Current license in the state of Massachusetts
- Excellent time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to manage one's own schedule with client outreach
- Afternoon and evening availability
- Access to a laptop or CPS, high speed secure internet, and a phone
- Access to high speed secure internet
- Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S.
Desired Qualifications
- Will have Independent Clinical License within 2 years
- Current license in the state of Massachusetts a plus
- Non-English language capacity
