Job Summary
Provide strength-based therapeutic interventions to youth, children, and families in accordance with Northeast Family Services policies. Collaborate with clients to access core strengths and utilize evidence-based practices for behavioral health needs. Work collaboratively with the Program Director to deliver Fee for Service care while managing client outreach and independent scheduling. Maintain valid driver's license and reliable vehicle access for hybrid work arrangements. Requires Master's degree in social work with LCSW licensure in New York and minimum one year of experience.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in social work
- LCSW Independent Clinical Licensure in the state of NY
- Minimum 1 year of experience working with children, youth, and families
- Excellent time-management skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to manage one's own schedule with client outreach
- Access to a laptop or CPS, secure internet, and a phone
Desired Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with reliable and consistent access to a vehicle
- Some afternoon and evening availability
