Job Summary
Provide strength-based therapeutic interventions to children, youth, and families under the direction of the Program Director. Collaborate with clients to access core strengths and utilize evidence-based practices to address behavioral health needs. Manage client outreach and maintain one's own schedule while adhering to NFS policies. Requires a Master's degree in social work, LCSW independent clinical licensure in NY, and minimum one year of experience. Hybrid work arrangement with flexible scheduling; premium compensation rates apply for bilingual skills and specialties.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in social work
- LCSW Independent Clinical Licensure in the state of NY
- Minimum 1 year of experience working with children, youth, and families
- Excellent time-management skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to manage one's own schedule with client outreach
- Access to a laptop or CPS, secure internet, and a phone
- Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S.
