Job Summary
In this role, you will provide a full range of therapeutic counseling and intervention to youth and adults with psychiatric, emotional, and behavioral issues. Duties include individual, group, and family counseling, assessment, and diagnosis. Candidates must possess strong written and oral communication skills and collaborate effectively with service providers.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in Social Work or Counseling required
- 1 to 3 years of therapy experience working with SMD population preferred
- Licensed Social Worker (LSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
- Basic computer, phone and typing skills
Desired Qualifications
- Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW) or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) preferred
- BLS/CPR certification
