Job Summary
Telehealth Outpatient Therapist role with hybrid in-person component based in Mason, OH. Conduct psychosocial assessments and provide individual, group, and/or family therapy primarily via Telehealth, with on-site reporting for patient care and, after construction of a new outpatient building, three days of in-person work weekly. Collaborate with LCOH psychologists, psychiatrists, and other treatment team members; maintain licensure and pursue continuing education; apply knowledge of DBT/CBT and related practices to improve patient outcomes. Requires a Master's degree in a clinical mental health field and Ohio licensure (LPCC/LISW/IMFT) per CACREP/CSWE/MFT program standards; position supports telehealth delivery with a hybrid schedule.
Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Counseling, Social Work, or Marriage & Family Therapy from CACREP/CSWE/IMFT-accredited program (CACREP for LPCC, CSWE for LISW, MFT program for IMFT)
- State of Ohio licensure as LPCC, LISW, or IMFT (or equivalent)
