Job Summary
Provide individual, family, and group psychotherapy tailored to diverse client populations across all ages and diagnoses. Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments, develop personalized treatment plans, and deliver crisis intervention and stabilization services when needed. Integrate substance abuse treatment with mental health care while balancing treatment modalities based on clinical judgment. Support clients through collaborative supervision within a team-oriented environment. This part-time role offers Wednesday through Friday, 9 am to 4 pm hours at a billable rate of $30+ per hour. Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in a clinical mental health discipline (Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, etc.)
- 1+ year of behavioral health experience
- Current PA clearances (Child Abuse, Criminal, FBI fingerprinting)
Desired Qualifications
- Active clinical license (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, PsyD) - or we'll help you get there with clinical supervision!
- Co-occurring disorders certification (we encourage ongoing professional development)
