Job Summary
Deliver high-quality, evidence-based therapy to individuals, families, and groups while conducting thorough intake assessments and designing personalized treatment plans. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated care and maintain accurate clinical documentation. Engage in regular clinical supervision and team meetings to support professional development. Work Monday through Friday with an optional Saturday clinic bonus, joining a Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic dedicated to person-centered care and staff support.
Required Qualifications
- Master's or doctoral degree in a relevant field (e.g., Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy)
- Current Kansas BSRB licensure as one of the following: Licensed Psychologist, Licensed Master Level Psychologist, or Licensed Clinical Psychotherapist
- Current Kansas BSRB licensure as one of the following: Licensed Master Social Worker (clinical track) or Licensed Specialist Clinical Social Worker
- Current Kansas BSRB licensure as one of the following: Licensed Professional Counselor or Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor with Mental Health Training track (or equivalent experience)
- Current Kansas BSRB licensure as one of the following: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist or Licensed Clinical Marriage and Family Therapist
- Valid driver's license and driving record that meets insurability requirements (if using Center vehicle)
- Ability to pass all required background checks and pre-employment drug screening
