Job Summary
Outpatient Therapist provides diagnostic assessments and individual, family, and group psychotherapy to a diverse population across the full age and diagnostic spectrum in Exton, PA. The role supports MHOP services in a clinic setting with flexible Full-Time and Part-Time scheduling, conducts formal clinical assessments, develops and oversees treatment plans, provides crisis assessment and stabilization as needed, and performs substance abuse treatment as defined by the program. Responsibilities include conducting therapy across modalities, maintaining clinical documentation, engaging in supervision and staff meetings, collaborating with clients, payers, and community supports, and maintaining licensure/certification in designated states. Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in a clinical discipline for mental health therapists
- One year of experience in the behavioral health field for mental health therapists
- Licensed preferred (LPC, LCSW, PsyD) with clinical supervision leading to licensure available; co-occurring professional certification strongly encouraged
- Pennsylvania Child Abuse Clearance, Criminal clearance, and Fingerprint-based federal criminal history; Verification that employee is not on any Medicaid/Medicare Exclusion list
