Job Summary
Provide strength-based therapeutic interventions to children, youth, and families in accordance with NFS policies under the direction of the Program Director. Collaborate with clients to access their core strengths and utilize multiple evidence-based practices to address behavioral health needs. Manage client outreach and maintain one's own schedule while working independently or as part of a team. Requires a Master's degree in social work, LCSW independent clinical licensure in New York, and minimum one year of experience with youth and families. Valid driver's license with reliable vehicle access is preferred. Hybrid work opportunity available with flexible day time hours.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in social work
- LCSW Independent Clinical Licensure in the state of NY
- Minimum 1 year of experience working with children, youth, and families
- Excellent time-management skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to manage one's own schedule with client outreach
- Access to a laptop or CPS, secure internet, and a phone
- Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S.
