Job Summary
Provide behavioral health consultation, biopsychosocial assessments, counseling, and evidence-based interventions to individuals, groups, and/or families within the Enhanced Outpatient Program (EOP); collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver coordinated care for youth in middle/high school with group therapy 2-3x/week; maintain accurate clinical documentation and meet regulatory requirements; participate in specialized training and professional development; leverage recovery-oriented, trauma-informed approaches and DSM-5 knowledge to support client engagement and outcomes; work at the Southwood Location in Littleton, CO as a full-time clinician with potential for supervision and career growth.
Required Qualifications
- Master 0 degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field
- Active Colorado licensure or registration as a candidate pursuing licensure
- Exposure to or experience in a behavioral health clinical setting
- Demonstrated skills in assessment, evaluation, and therapeutic engagement with diverse populations
- Experience using evidence-based counseling models and techniques appropriate to presenting concerns
- Strong diagnostic, treatment planning, and clinical documentation skills
- Knowledge of DSM-5, recovery-oriented principles, and trauma-informed care
- Ability to work effectively with electronic health records (EHR)
