Job Summary
Provide individual outpatient psychotherapy to children, adolescents, and adults using trauma-informed, evidence-based interventions including EMDR for trauma, anxiety, depression, and mood disorders. Conduct comprehensive assessments, develop treatment plans, and maintain accurate clinical documentation in the Electronic Health Record. Participate in clinical supervision, consultation, and team meetings while adhering to ethical standards and New York State regulations. This fee-for-service hybrid role offers flexible scheduling with summer hours ending at 12:30pm Fridays, located in New Rochelle and Bronx, with language differential support for Spanish, Chinese, Korean, Russian, French, and Hindi.
Required Qualifications
- Active New York State LCSW or LMHC
- EMDR trained (Part 1 & Part II completed) or EMDR certified
- Experience providing outpatient psychotherapy
- Comfort working with children and adult populations
- Strong clinical assessment, documentation, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage caseload independently within productivity expectations
- Access to a laptop or CPS, secure internet, and a phone
- Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S.
