Outpatient Therapist

Conduct screenings, evaluations, and diagnostic assessments to develop person-centered treatment plans for clients with mental health and substance use challenges. Design and lead therapy groups to foster connection and growth while applying evidence-based practices, crisis intervention, and problem-solving skills. Work Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm in our Jacksonville outpatient clinic.
