Job Summary
Outpatient Therapist / Counselor at Sunrise Vista Health & Wellness in Canton, OH. Facilitate Intensive Outpatient Program groups and provide individual psychotherapy to patients with psychiatric conditions. Ensure accurate and timely patient documentation. Provide direct social work services as part of the multidisciplinary team and accept direction from the Program Director. Provide clinical supervision for Social Work pursuing independent licensure. Requires Master’s degree in Social Work or related field and an active license to practice in Ohio (LSW/LISW/LPC/LPCC); experience with psychiatric populations and group therapy; substance use treatment preferred. Required Qualifications

- Active license to practice in Ohio in Social Work or Counseling (LSW, LISW, LPC, or LPCC)
