Job Summary
Provide individual, family, and group psychotherapy tailored to client needs, conduct comprehensive clinical assessments, and develop personalized treatment plans. Deliver crisis intervention and stabilization services while integrating substance abuse treatment with mental health care. Balance treatment modalities based on clinical judgment within a collaborative supervision environment. This role supports a diverse client population across all ages and diagnoses. The position offers a Wednesday through Friday schedule from 9 am to 4 pm with a billable rate of $30+ per hour.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in a clinical mental health discipline (Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, etc.)
- 1+ year of behavioral health experience
- Current PA clearances (Child Abuse, Criminal, FBI fingerprinting)
Desired Qualifications
- Active clinical license (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, PsyD) - or we'll help you get there with clinical supervision!
- Co-occurring disorders certification (we encourage ongoing professional development)
