Job Summary
Outpatient Therapist – Adult Focus providing ongoing, developmentally appropriate, trauma- and recovery-focused outpatient therapy to clients in an in-person clinic setting; 40 hours/week, Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–5:00 pm, located at 790 Fuller Ave NE Grand Rapids, MI; requires Master’s degree and Michigan license eligibility or licensure; preferred credentials include full licensure and training in Motivational Interviewing, CBT, and DBT; benefits include multiple health plans, loan-repayment options, and professional development.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or Counseling Psychology
- Licensure in the State of Michigan as a limited licensed master social worker, marriage and family therapist, OR be eligible for a limited license as stated above and obtain that licensure within one (1) month of hire
- Possession of a valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation for job related use
- Demonstrated experience communicating clearly and concisely in stressful situations
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment and skills and capabilities of bridging language/cultural barriers to Network180 services within diverse communities
