Job Summary

Provide individual, family, and/or group therapy sessions while maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation. Coordinate case management services, develop individualized written service plans, and conduct psychological evaluations for behavioral, substance abuse, and economic self-sufficiency issues. Deliver immediate crisis intervention support and facilitate wraparound team meetings to ensure coordinated care. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and participate in supervision as applicable. Maintain compliance with all clinical and regulatory standards. Work as part of a stable, mission-driven organization offering flexible scheduling and consistent referral volume.

Required Qualifications

  • Licensed or license-eligible in Virginia (e.g., LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or Resident in Counseling)
  • Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States
  • Must be able to lift 50 lbs
